COURSES FOR CHILDREN
Coordination, strength and agility are improved, which has many positive effects especially during the most crucial phase in a person’s physical development. The training leads to a better relationship to one’s own body, which enhances the mental wellbeing as well. “A healthy mind lives in a healthy body.” During the training sessions children will also learn to accept their own and others’ limits and learn to deal better with frustration. Difficulties are recognized as part of the learning-experience and seen as valuable challenges. Constant work on one’s skills, learning where the limits are and to accept them, recognizing difficulties and dealing with them, developing a positive self-image – all this trains the children to become stronger persons now and in the future. These skills are also important preventive measures against drug abuse and violet behavior.

Learn some useful self-defense techniques, reduce daily stress, prevent illness, meet like-minded people, enhance wellbeing and stamina!
