Kickbox-Fitness is a mixture of aerobic and kickboxing elements.
It’s a sweaty fun sport that stimulates heart and circulation. It increases the blood circulation, intensifies fat burning, strengthens your muscles and makes you feel in balance. Additionally we train with shock pads and sandbags and also partner exercises, which allow you to improve your strength and learn some fist and leg techniques. It allows you to realease any stress or superfluous energy you might have in an excellent way. We also work with dumbbells and skipping ropes during the training sessions. Simple coordination, stabilization, strength and endurance exercises complete the intense training.
