BOOK A TRY-OUT SESSION

For a free trial lesson: Make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance and be sure to show up on time.

Wear comfortable, long training pants and a T-shirt with sleeves. We normally train barefoot, but light, non-marking training shoes with light-coloured soles are also allowed. If you already have equipment (boxing gloves, protective gear etc.), bring it along. And don’t forget a towel – chances are, you’ll be breaking a sweat!

Please do not wear clothing with logos or the names of other clubs or martial arts associations. Do not eat heavy meals for at least one hour prior to training. Make sure to drink enough water before and after your training session.
